1. PRE-INSTALLATION TRAINING
We’ve seen improved productivity when training clients in the relaxed environment of our own factories, away from the everyday demands of production. During pre-installation training, we can simulate alarms to recreate fault finding exercises with your medical and life sciences production devices, and run through mechanical, electrical and software-based exercises to increase the skillsets of different staff members.
2. SITE TRAINING
Once your equipment arrives with you, our team can spend time training your staff on-site, providing them with the essential knowledge they need to run new or updated automation machinery.
3. REMOTE TRAINING
We’re happy to run online demonstrations and training sessions remotely. During these meetings, we can consult and advise on processes and best practices, equipping your colleagues with the full range of skills needed to operate and maintain your automated MedTech system.
4. video instruction
Demonstrative videos can be produced - and subtitled in your local language - to increase the usefulness and longevity of our training information. You can make these accessible through staff and customer portals, to ensure all the necessary players have the skills needed to operate your system.
